1. Open Sweet Roll Swaddle on a flat surface and place your baby on top.

2. Place feet and legs into the swaddler first.

3. Place your baby's arms straight down by sides. Wrap swaddler around arms and close snug with velcro tabs.

4. Be sure that the swaddler does not cover your baby's mouth area. The Swaddler should be slightly loose around neck area.

 * Discontinue when baby is able to roll over.
